STUDIO SIE

STUDIO IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEERING

ABOUT / STUDIO SIE

Studio SIE is an instrument-design project by Sie Medway-Smith—producer, mixer, engineer, composer and founder of the Music Production Academy.

A space for creating useful, distinctive musical devices and tools for recorded sound and live performance—bringing together decades of studio practice, musical experimentation and a love of design.

HOW TO PLAY

Tap the speaker or raise the fader to start the sound.

Each pot contains one part of the music. Turn to adjust its volume; tap to mute or unmute.

Drag the triangle around the circle to scrub the hat and delay through space and time.

All music was created using Studio SIE instruments and devices.

The purple pot contains voices by Andrew Valentine from Cartesian Planes.
